Let's come together, in community, to explore, inspire and create. Awaken the dialogue between body and nature, life experiences and art making to tap into Summer’s gifts of abundance and growth. Tune into August’s rhythm of nature; new beginnings and transitions as you explore the nature that surrounds. Awaken dreams and desires and plant seeds for the coming fall.

In this workshop you will explore guided movement, journal writing and collage in communion with nature, inviting your inner and outer landscapes into conversation and creating possibilities for growth in your daily life.

Through the Life/Art Process®, a multi-modal movement based expressive arts therapy, participants will explore, excavate and play with improvisation, movement and art's symbolic language. Ignite your creativity to cultivate personal hopes and dreams.

Treat yourself to a full day of self-care. Located in the East Bay hills, I welcome you to a secluded urban retreat space with vistas and spaces to connect with nature, self and others.

What’s included: A nourishing, organic lunch, collage board, oil pastels and collage materials are included to support your full day.
