Practicing Presence:
Somatic Movement and the Mind/Body Connection

Each month I invite you to come as you are. To show up as your authentic self; excited, angry, numb, anxious, proud, strong, curious, energized. Each week I will invite you to listen, feel and notice the spoken and unspoken, the internal and external and to make visible the invisible.
Through improvisational movement, journal writings, drawings/paintings, sharing and witnessing, we will practice presence with ourselves and each other.
“Showing up is our power. Story is our way home. Truth is our song. We are the brave and brokenhearted. We are rising strong.”
— Brene Brown
