The Talking Body finds itself ringing in 2020 underneath ancient baobab trees on the coast of Kenya. We’ll be attending the Kilifi New Year, an electronic and alternative music festival taking place December 30 to January 2.

I dance in “Maenads”, created by artist Susan Nalaboff Brilliant. Susan is a fellow graduate and arts and somatic movement practitioner from the Tamalpa Institute, her work revolves around the figure— in abstraction, movement, and stillness, she is trained in dance, and pursues a practice in visual art.
Making Mothers Visible
Maggie Silverman lead the San Francisco team for this global photographic installation, a San Francisco Inside Out Project, in collaboration with the International Museum of Women, TED and White Ribbon Alliance.
Blossomy Project
In Febuary of 2019, I travelled to Kolkata to participate in healing and education workshops with the Blossomy Project, whose mission is to provide creative life skills for survivors of human trafficking.
